On November 10 and 11, 2022, we conducted work on reorganizing the workspace according to the pull system at the Tatkabel plant. This was not solely based on marking the floor. All process owners had a grasp of the concept of the "scientific organization of the workspace." This event was organized in collaboration with our strategic partner, MPI cloud.
