On May 18-19, 2023, Reallean held a training on "Training of internal trainers in lean manufacturing." This training was designed to equip participants with the knowledge, skills, and tools necessary to effectively train and develop others in the principles and practices of lean manufacturing. The training covered a variety of topics, including: * The fundamentals of lean manufacturing * The role of the internal trainer * Training needs assessment and development * Effective training delivery methods * Evaluation of training effectiveness The training was delivered by experienced lean manufacturing professionals who shared their insights and best practices. Participants had the opportunity to engage in interactive exercises and discussions, and they left the training with a solid understanding of how to train and develop others in lean manufacturing.
