From 03.08. to 08.08.2023, Reallean conducted a training on the topic: "the concept of problem solving and finding root causes". The training was aimed at improving the participants' skills in identifying and solving problems, as well as in finding root causes. During the training, the participants learned about the different types of problems and the different approaches to solving them. They also learned about the importance of finding the root cause of a problem in order to effectively solve it. The training was interactive and included a variety of exercises and activities. The participants found the training to be very helpful and informative.
