On February 27-28, 2024, Reallean Company held a training on the topic of "Training of internal trainers in lean manufacturing". The training was attended by employees from various departments of the company. The main goal of the training was to improve the skills of internal trainers in order to ensure that the company's employees receive the best possible training on lean manufacturing. The training covered various topics such as the basics of lean manufacturing, the different tools and techniques used in lean manufacturing, and how to effectively train employees on lean manufacturing principles. The training was well-received by the attendees, who found it to be both informative and practical. The company plans to hold similar trainings in the future in order to continue to improve the skills of its internal trainers.
