On November 16, at the Faculty of Continuing Professional Education of St. Petersburg State University of Aviation Instrumentation, Real Lean held a master class on the topic of "Lean Management as a Business Development System" for senior and master's students.

Real Lean expresses special gratitude to the Institute of Fundamental Training and Technological Innovations for the organizational and informational support of the event:
Elena Georgievna Semenova, Director of the Institute,
Elena Aleksandrovna Frolova, Deputy Director of the Institute,
Maria Sergeevna Smirnova, Deputy Head of the Department of Innovation and Integrated Quality Systems.

Master class topic:
The development of lean philosophy in the socio-technical system of Russia has become a rather discussed topic in recent years. Thus, in his address to the Federal Assembly on March 1 of this year, the President of Russia said that labor productivity in our country should grow at least 5% per year in order to reach the level of the world's leading economies in 10 years.

Since lean philosophy is a key tool for achieving the set goals, many educational institutions are already working to develop such thinking in students. GUAP is one of the top 100 universities in the Russian Federation according to FORBES and is also interested in developing this area. Moreover, it is worth noting the high level of training of GUAP students in this area.

Dean of the Faculty of Continuing Professional Education of GUAP Alexandra Mikhailovna Melnichenko thanked the company "RealLean" for their joint work and expressed hope for further partnership.
